Commercial, LivingThis 133,000 sf hotel project has 133 guest rooms along with full service meeting and recreational spaces and an indoor swimming pool. The building has a combination of five wood stories and three wood stories above two concrete levels. The two seismically separated buildings sit on two underground parking levels covering the whole site. The site presented a challenge to the design, because of slope, adjacent properties, and contaminated soil, which had to be remediated.
